About Your Coach
Former College Athlete. Exercise Scientist. Strength Coach.
I played college football at Heidelberg University, where I also earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Through my athletic career I learned firsthand what it takes to build a body that performs — not just looks good — and that knowledge drives everything I do as a coach.
During my senior year, I assisted with strength and conditioning for the Heidelberg football program while coaching individuals on the side. That combination of team sports and 1-on-1 work shaped my coaching style: high standards, intelligent programming, and a genuine investment in every person I work with.
I'm currently pursuing my CSCS certification and am CPR certified. Whether you're a complete beginner or a competitive athlete, I bring the same science-based approach to building your program.
